NUCRYST's Licensing Agreement

NUCRYST launched Acticoat™ dressings in North America in 1998 through its own marketing and sales force. In 2001, NUCRYST entered a licensing agreement with Smith & Nephew plc, the world leader in advanced wound management, for the global sales, marketing and distribution of Acticoat™ dressings which are now sold in 30 countries around the world.
